These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Mobile Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging programs operated by Abode Services (“Abode Services,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Mobile Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Terms of Service. 

Program Description 

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from Abode Services regarding appointment scheduling and confirmations, estimate requests and project updates, customer service communications, marketing and promotional offers, service reminders, other information related to our home improvement, remodeling, roofing, siding, window, exterior, and contracting services. 

Messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system where permitted by applicable law. 

Consent to Receive Messages 

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Abode Services at the number provided, even if your number is listed on a federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call registry. 

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. 

 

Message Frequency 

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, service requests, account activity, and promotional campaigns. 

Message and Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your messaging and data plan. 

OPT-IN METHODS 

Consumers may opt in to receive text messages from Abode Services through one or more of the following methods: submitting a website form requesting information, estimates, or services. Checking an SMS consent checkbox on an online form. Providing verbal consent during a customer service interaction. Sending a keyword to a designated phone number or short-code. Signing up through digital advertisements, landing pages, or other marketing channels. 

 

OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS 

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. 

After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out request. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific messaging program unless you opt in again. 

Additional opt-out commands that may be recognized include CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL.

Supported carriers may include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other participating wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages.

Abode Services strives to comply with applicable industry standards and guidelines relating to SMS/MMS messaging programs, including requirements established by wireless carriers, The Campaign Registry, the CTIA, and applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and applicable Wyoming telemarketing laws. 

We maintain records of consumer consent where required by applicable law. 

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or consumer consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. 

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors, platforms, aggregators, and service providers necessary to provide and deliver the messaging services. 

 

Message Types 

Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service scheduling updates, customer service responses, estimate and invoice notifications, account-related communications, promotional offers and discounts, seasonal lawn care reminders, marketing and advertising communications and message frequency varies. 

User Responsibilities 

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when enrolling in our messaging programs. If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile phone number, you agree to notify us promptly to prevent messages from being sent to an unintended recipient. You agree not to use our messaging services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. 

 

Privacy 

Information obtained through our text messaging programs is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell SMS consent or phone numbers to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. 

Eligibility 

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in our messaging programs. 

Changes to Mobile Terms 

We reserve the right to modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Any updates will become effective upon posting. Continued participation in our messaging programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.
